FAITH L.
Biology Major

Faith is originally from Irvine. At UCLA she’s an Alumni Scholar, Blood Donor Ambassador for the American Red Cross and the Assistant Communications Chair of the LA Human Rights Initiative’s Undergraduate Division. Not to mention she is Adult and pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certified. In her free time she loves long distance running, music, skiing and surfing (very poorly she adds). Faith has also played the violin for over a decade. Additionally, Faith has experience teaching low-income and international students and was an anatomy and neurobiology research intern for UC Irvine’s Lyon Lab. She loves tutoring because she loves when she can establish a strong bond and high level of trust with her students—it makes her happy to see their increased confidence and excitement to learn, which directly translates into their academic and emotional growth :) We would describe Faith as organized, sociable, and dependable.
