ELLEN A.

Ellen is a premed student originally from New York! On campus, she’s a part of Best Buddies (a mentorship program that facilitates friendships amongst UCLA students and individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities), is a member of a sorority, and is involved in research. Outside of school, Ellen likes to run, go to the beach and code! She is a tutor because she loves seeing how every student learns differently and understanding how their brain works. Ellen finds it so rewarding to help a student understand a topic that is really difficult for them and seeing it click! We would describe Ellen as loyal, hardworking, and dedicated.
