ANDREW B.

Andrew is originally from Thousand Oaks, CA. He’s very involved on campus as a member of various organizations including Camp Kesem, the largest national organization dedicated to supporting children impacted by a parent’s cancer, at no cost to families. He’s an avid sports fan having played baseball (he was even on the UCLA club team), basketball, and football in the past. Andrew also loves the beach, hiking, traveling and working with kids. He has been a counselor at various camps throughout the past six years, with kids ranging in age from 6 to 18 years old. Additionally, Andrew had coached 5th grade basketball and baseball to both elementary schoolers and high schoolers. He loves tutoring because it gives him a great opportunity to make a meaningful connection with a child and play a part in their academic growth. He finds tutoring to be an incredibly rewarding experience having the chance to make a positive impact on a young student’s life. We would describe Andrew as sweet, fun-loving and easy going !
