UC Berkeley | Second Year, Economics Major
Evan is a second-year student majoring in Economics at UC Berkeley. On campus, he is the assistant philanthropy chair for his fraternity Zeta Psi. Evan’s hometown of Ann Arbor, Michigan is where his love for sports began, as he watched sports from a young age and played soccer and basketball until the end of high school. He also participated in a tutoring club in high school—his tutoring experience has taught him how to tailor different teaching styles to each student based on the way that they learn. In addition, as he had tutors when he was younger, Evan understands, after being on both sides, how helpful it is to form a meaningful relationship between a tutor and student.
